About Us

My name is Penelope Lockhart and I have been working as a team leader for a long time. Starting my career in 2003, right after I finished college, I was able to spot the possibilities that the future promised to bring.

I was born in Berlin, Germany, and studied international relationships. But life took me in a different direction, and I started to work in a clothing store downtown. Only 6 months after my first day I became the manager of the women’s sector. This was only the beginning of my career as a team leader.

IsCryBe as a valuable tool

Two years after, I was offered a job at a real estate agency where I was in charge of the realtor team. I was responsible for coordinating visits, revising contracts, and overseeing transactions.

There I learned a lot not only from my superiors but also from my colleagues. Being efficient is a hard task, especially for a group, but soon I was able to improve my team’s workflow. Thanks to this, we got records in sales during the year 2006.

Naturally, as years went by, I started to use digital tools to make the work easier.

Our vision

The idea to start a blog appeared only a few years later but I only decided to make it happen during the pandemic. Desperate for something to do during the lockdowns, I started to write a few drafts and learn about hosting providers.

Luckily, I had the support of my family. They are the ones that encouraged me to give advice about what I know most: team leadership. But the blog needed to be helpful for the modern reader, this is why I decided to make it about workplace social networks.

Now I’m proud to present this dream come true. This is IsCryBe, a place for all business managers and owners.

Our goal

From the very beginning, I wanted to create something special. This is why I created the first prototype in 2021. I knew that if I wanted to create a quality blog, I needed to be patient. Research and hard work were my best friends during this process.

Now the blog also helps me improve my efficiency as a CEO. Being committed to writing content regularly helps me stay on top of all important updates. Needless to say, this gives me great satisfaction and lots of new knowledge.

In 2020 I created the first entries and tried a few different website-building platforms. Since then, I’ve also researched digital marketing, email campaigns, social media platforms, and search engine optimization. Naturally, this also helps me bring more value to the company where I work. I feel proud that I’m able to support my team and offer them resources.

Our mission

To sum up, this blog is not only for workplace social network users but also for me. Besides giving me a sense of fulfillment, it helps me expand my horizons.

The world has changed since the digital era started to step firmly in virtually every market. Now, team managers cannot fulfill our tasks without proper software that covers the right needs.

Moreover, trends are so veering that we never know when the next big product is going to hit, and it’s important we stay on top of the wave, otherwise, it will throw us off our tracks. I believe that with this blog I’m contributing to the managing sector which has struggled considerably during the past decade. Particularly after the pandemic, the world has come even closer to virtuality. This creates teams with members quite far from each other, sometimes even in different time zones.
