Pre-requisitions for running Scrybe are:

- Ensure you are using one of the listed (tested) browsers in FAQ at: http://iscrybe.com/main/faq.html and you have Flash
Player 8 or above.
- Java Script is enabled in your browser settings.

Please ensure the following before you log a signing in bug:
- Please be careful when you are typing your email address.
- Please try to login, before trying Forgot password.
- We do welcome feedback for Scrybe working on other browser and
appreciate that users are helping each other out on the browser issues.
However, at this point, we will not immediately be addressing issues that
are indicated for browsers other than the ones we have already tested
Scrybe on.
- Report a bug if you have already received an invitation email and you're
having trouble signing up or signing in.
- Forum registration at this point is a separate process than receiving a beta
invitation.

Send us your email at feedback(at)iscrybe(dot)com containing the following info:
- User name.
- Email address used for signing up ad for beta registration.
- Both invitation and verification emails.

We look forward to your cooperation in terms of following these guidelines.

Thanks.
Sabika

Sabika -

Just signed in on the Beta tonight, and am loving what I've seen in my first few minutes of trying Scrybe. As a Linux user, I am pleasantly surprised that everything is working so far - such is not often the case in this MS-centric world.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that in the link above the trailing comma has become part of the URL, and so a 404 is returned when it is clicked. Thought you might want to fix that.

(Does this go on my bug count? Wink )

Keep up the good work, and Thanks for the invite! It came just as it was needed...

First, I want to say that I really enjoy this program and I hope it runs smoothly enough to use on a regular basis.

I just recently got the invite, and I set up my account. The problem is that logging in is sometimes a crapshoot. I get an invalid username or password error half the time that I try to log-in. I use a firefox browser without any special extensions or anything.

At first i thought I really did forget my password, but after fixing it, it still happens more often than not. Other times, it logs me in fine. I've been using it on two different computers (but not at the same time). Am I the only one experiencing this??? Crying or Very sad

I have recently been invited and followed the Scrybe link that was emailed to me so that I could accept the invitation, but when the login window pops up and I CAREFULLY key in my user name and password, I get an "Invalid user name and/or password" message. I repeat the process being exceptionally careful again that I correctly key in my credentials.
What is the problem and -- Scrybe --please can you rectify this issue for me at your earliest convenience.

Apparently, from reading your forum, many other new invitees have experienced the same problem, so my complaint is not new.

Please help.
Gratefully,
-Christine Sad

Hello Natacha72!,

Have you been able to sign in successfully since signing up? Can you please try signing in one more time and let us know if the problem persists?

Have you already tried using the forgot password sequence to reset your password?

Thanks.
Saj

Hi Saj,
Log in was successful this time. Thanks so much for your help. Was wondering though why I need one username and password for the forums and another username and password for the organizer. When I registered to access the organizer, I was unable to use my credentials that I used to sign in to the forum. Why is that? 2 sets of credentials is harder to remember.

Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Natacha72!,

Good to hear that your issue was resolved.

The Scrybe organizer app and the user forums are completely independent.

Its a good idea to automatically create a forum ID when a Scrybe account is created, we will evaluate this feature for the future.

Thanks,
Saj
