Give some info regarding your setup. What version of Flash are you using. Can you print from other apps? Stuff like that,

Right click anywhere on the Scrybe page and select About Adobe Flash

This will take you to a web page that tells you which version of flash you are using.

This is very important under Linux since they just came out of beta a few months ago.

If you are on the latest version of Flash for Linux (9,0,48,0). You may want to investigate TurboPrint for Linux at http://www.turboprint.info/

This program costs money but if the free version works for you then it may well be worth the money.

Here are the steps you need to take to uninstall your version of flash and upgrade to the new version:

Make sure your browser is closed.

1) Click on "Places" in your panel
2) Select "Home" folder
3) Click on View and select view Hidden files
4) Select the ".Mozilla" folder
5) Select the Plugins folder
6) Delete the file named "libflashplayer.so"
7) Delete the file named "flashplayer.xpt"
Cool Goto the main scrybe page. Where the YouTube video should be is a install plugin link. Click that and try to automatically install the plugin.
9) If it fails click on manual. You will be taken to the adobe site. Download the TAR.GZ file and follow the Adobe instructions.

I hope this solves your printing issue.
