On attempting to log in after an off-line session, I get:

Please wait
Your network connection or the server is not responding as expected at the moment
You may be able to continue in a few moments if network communication improves
Otherwise you need to refresh the application.

Neither waiting nor refreshing has any obvious result.

And all my review notes were in thoughtpad!

Can you please sign out and sign in again online and see if the problem persists.

We want to confirm if this is an offline issue only or if it is a general login issue.

Are you having any trouble while signing in to your online Scrybe account?

Please note that you cannot sign in to your online Scrybe account from two machines at the same time.

Thanks,
Sabika

The login works fine for the forum: just the application itself freezes in on-line login.
Works in offline, which would actually be fine if you could import data in offline mode. (feature request!!)

Can you please create a zip file of the folder on the following path.

C:\Documents and Settings\[USER NAME]\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\TRVHMBXP\iscrybe.com\organizer.

Please email this at feedback[at]iscrybe[dot]com.

Thanks,
Sabika

From john.w.ross@gmail.com

Scrybe is connecting fine on my home PC (where there are no offline updates to sync).

If you delete the files on the path above it will start working again online. In the meanwhile, we will investigate the problem through the sent files.

Thanks,
Sabika
