Here's the scenario:
Working online at airport entered a few test items, then went offline.
Did several hours of work on plane entering tasks on lists and content in thoughpad with various labels. (wonderful feature!)

Get home, attempt to go online and sync.
Get message that sync is occurring, then same error message others get that either the server isn't responding or my network connection is down. This is clearly not the case because all of my other web services are running.

I try the refresh scenario about 20 times - no good.
So I try safari instead of FF (2.0.0.10) - no good.

Next, I try logging into Scrybe from another computer and see there are huge numbers of repeated entries for the 4 test tasks I posted at the airport before going offline, but none of my offline data has made it to the server.

I've tried to troubleshoot this best I can, reading all the posts here but see nothing this strange. Unfortunately, i have several hours of work now trapped inside of Scrybe and no way to get it out. Shocked

Advice or support is much appreciated.

Please go to the following path on your PC and delete all files from there:

/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/[Random number like WZ9QXRFH]/iscrybe.com/organizer/

And then try to sign_in online. Scrybe should sign_in.

Note: Any offline data will be lost. You can send us the files on the path and we can try to restore your offline data, depending on the damages in the LSO.

For repeated data, please delete it manually from your account.

This bug will be fixed in next build. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello--
The same thing just happened to me, using Firefox 2.0.0.11--when I finally signed back in (which took numerous tries), I lost a couple hours of work and had 20 repeats of a few tasks. Is there anyway for you to retrieve the work I did offline?

Thank you.
