I'm enjoying scrybe very much, but I've come across one little problem I need help with.
In PaperSync, using the calendar and list option, if I fold the paper exactly in half so the 2 ends of the paper are touching, part of the calendar goes across the fold.
If I fold along the fold guides, the edges of the paper do not touch, but are off by 1/4 of an inch or so. I've tried this on 2 different computers and 2 different printers with the same results. Has anyone seen this? What am I doing wrong? |

| Make sure your printer is set to print in landscape mode, and see if that helps. |

Thanks for your quick response.
It's in landscape. When I click on print to screen I see 3 settings in scrybe
1. orientation: landscape
2. paper type: unknown
3. paper size: 754 x 593 (Does this translate to 8.50 x 11 inches?)
Any other suggestions? |

I don't know.
If there's an option for "letter," choose that, but you probably have already tried that.
Good luck |

I have been printing the Pocket layout of PaperSync since November 2006 and I never had a problem. You do, however, always have to manually select Landscape mode as redmondm0 has stated and make sure your paper size is correctly selected.
What OS/Browser/Flash Version are you using? |

Paper size: 754 x 593 translates into A4.
Please select A4 in your printer settings and then take a print out.
Hope this helps.

My printouts are crooked. I am printing in Landscape. The upper margin is larger on the left than on the right. Likewise, the lower margin is higher on the right than on the left.
I even tried print as A4 but resize to fit Letter paper. For this setting the output was more crooked.
OS: XP Pro
Browser: IE6
Flas: should be the latest, but I cannot find the version |

I am not quite sure what you are doing here. Would it be possible for you to print as pdf and send it to us on feedback[at]iscrybe[dot]com.
Thanks,

Sorry, ignore my previous post.
With the print to PDF, the PDF looked okay. The printing of the PDF was crooked. I printed a non-scrybe PDF document, and that printed crooked. It must be the printer itself. |

The fold misalignment is happening because while in the pocket type papersync, the "tasks-side" has no margin whatsoever while the "calendar-side" has a 1/2" margin.
This may be rectified with some adjustment each time by the user, but I think the more appropriate solution would be for the scrybe team to make the quick change to the general layout to include a 1/4" margin on either end.
Thanks |

We already take margins into account for both sides. Can you please ensure that your paper size in the settings matches the physical printing paper.
Thanks,
