Very Happy I'm a newbie so grovelling apologies if I am in the wrong place, talking rubbish etc etc.

The two problems I have (and I use scrybe with firefox cos IE7 refuses to recognise I have flash player) are: -
1) It says updates are available but when I click on the link it doesn't seem to do anything albeit show 'please wait syncing' for a moment.
2) In the Collections window I click on Options on the right click menu but nothing happens...... and I so want to assign different colours to events.

Any suggestions/help would be gratefully received.

I also notice that nothing happens when I click the 'updates available' link.

As for the 'options' option from the right-click menu, try closing the Collections menu before doing that. When the Collections menu is open, many things are unavailable, although this is not immediately obvious other than a slight dimming of most of the screen.

Hi Cleavermike--

"Updates are available" become highlighted in yellow when updates are actually made by your contacts and are not showing in your calendar. If you are clicking the gray "Updates are Available", there will be no change. Improving this command in on our to do list for the next round of updates.

This post tells you about most of the options in the calendars pop-out pane:

About Options, Greg is right. When the calendars pop-out pane is open all other options are disabled. If you want to access Options you will need to close the calendars pop-out pane first.

Thank you,
Saj

Thanks Greg and Saj,
It's a bit clearer now. What I was missing was the drop down arrow on the calendars giving you the sub menu 'new, delete, Rename, colours' etc shown on page 11 of the guide lines. I believe colours are important on calendars as it makes it easy to distinguish between work, personal etc.

Many thanks again.

Mike
