This is a small bug. When prompted for a security question I specified "Mother's maiden name" - I got an error saying only text and numbers could be included, i.e. it rejected the apostrophe. Not a biggie but figured it was worth reporting anyway.

Special characters are not allowed for security purposes. This is not a bug.
