I love the paperSync - i've used such printouts from other GTD software (GTDTiddlyWiki) and they rock.
One thing that is missing is the ability to also print out the 'notes' portion of the todo - i don't want the title of the todo to have too much data in it, so i put that in the note. However that doesn't print out via papersync.

This has come up in the past. Past users have suggested having the notes, location, etc be printed as well or be options to print in all views.
