When view All is clicked in the lists box on the planner page, the To-Do items should be displayed in some reasonable order, either by due date, priority, or ordering from the way the lists are ordered, or some hybrid of the three.

Thank you for your post.
All list displays tasks in the users' generated order in their respective lists and dates.
It starts making more sense when you apply view filters to the all tasks list.
